• Products are described as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions without prior notice.
• Final Sale Items: Certain items, including Fishing Gear, Personal Footwear, Swimwear & Intimate Apparel, Customized Items, and Clearance products, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective upon arrival (see Section 7).

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email once your order is received. Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we ship the product(s).

4.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and depend on destination and customs.

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Order Changes & Cancellations

You may request to modify or cancel an order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be changed or canceled.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

5.1 Return Window & Conditions

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Include your original order number or packing slip.
• Follow the process outlined on our Shipping & Returns page.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Fishing Gear (from Fish and Fly Fishing categories)
• Personal Footwear (from Footwear category)
• Swimwear & Intimate Apparel (within Apparel)
• Custom or Personalized Items
• Clearance or Final Sale Items (as marked)

5.3 Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item.
