We ship globally (excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia). Our goal is to get your gear to you reliably and efficiently.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

    • Estimated Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Ideal for when you need your gear sooner.
  • Free Shipping
    • Available on orders over $50.
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Estimated Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
    • A great, cost-effective option for planned adventures.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want your gear to be the perfect fit for your adventures. If it’s not, our straightforward process makes it easy.

Return Window & Condition

  • Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. They must be in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Proof of Purchase: Your original order number or packing slip must be included.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all necessary information quickly.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. Ship your return to:

  4. Track and Confirm: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item.

Important Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety, hygiene, and integrity of specialized gear for all our customers, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Fishing Gear Personal Footwear Swimwear & Intimate Apparel Custom or Personalized Items Clearance or Final Sale Items

  • Fishing Gear (from Fish and Fly Fishing categories): Due to hygiene and safety concerns with hooks, lines, and equipment that may contact water.
  • Personal Footwear (from Footwear category): For hygiene reasons, footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors cannot be returned.
  • Swimwear & Intimate Apparel (within the Apparel category): For clear hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Any gear that has been customized or monogrammed.
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: As explicitly marked on the product page.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We happily offer exchanges for eligible items within the 15-day window. Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating you wish for an exchange and specifying the desired size/color/variant. We will ship the new item once the return is received, using our standard shipping methods (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
